Well, wasn’t October just beautiful.  Count your blessings.  We were about the only place it was.  Idaho and parts of the East, as well as London, UK had one of their earliest recorded snowfalls, ever.  Check out this map of the US for October:

Not quite the picture the Alarmists would want to get out.  Still, for Arizona we came out ahead for warmth and a little dry.  I don’t think we had any record highs in Flagstaff, but we had two occassions with record or near-record cold.  Count your blessings.  Here is another pic of how the year has gone in the US:

Both Images are from NOAA.  Flagstaff comes in near normal.  Brrr for the rest of the country.
