For most of the time since June 1, our dewpoints have been above average. After last weeks rain, the dew points dropped well below average, but are making a come back. Still, high pressure off the California Coast is blocking the formation of the thermal low and introduces dry air to the area. This limits the precipitable water. Hopefully, this week will help change all that with warm temperatures.
