Light rain is falling all over town this morning. Kinda nice. You can tell the plants are soaking it up already. Temperatures are heading a bit lower. The rain will change to snow, with the snow level hovering around 7000 feet. We could see occasional accumulations over the next two days.

The real story is that things don’t appear to be warming until Memorial Day weekend. And we could have a couple more chances for precipitation next week. It seems like we usually get rain on the first holiday weekend of summer. It’s not just the Northland that will be cold. The entire west will be 8-12 degrees below normal at times.
